Jenna is a dedicated student and teacher of Yoga.  She has been practicing for over 10 years and is inspired to teach gentle, yet potent flow-style classes from the heart.  Jenna teaches 2 weekly classes at The Yoga Studio Squamish.

A vibrant flow-style class for all levels.  You are sure to visit strengthening sun salutations, breath-based movements, and heart opening postures before a twisty floor practice and deep Savasana.

Rally your office friends for this lunch hour of powerful poses meant to re-energize your cells yet relax your mind.  We will focus on grounding techniques, core and postural engagements, and deep breathing.  This class is the perfect amount of relaxation and movement combined.  Welcome.
