Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing guided meditation on 3 important levels; emotional, physical, and mental. 30 minutes of this powerful practice is equivalent to 3-4 hours of restful nights sleep. It is like an exercise program for you brain! A wonderful tool for active minds, insomnia, pain syndromes, stress management, and complete inner alignment. 1:1 sessions available upon request.
An on-going 1:1 healing mentorship with a specific goal(s) in mind. We utilize all the great tools; traditional yoga, guided meditation, massage therapy, self care/self love, and brain training. Meet ups are for 3 months, every other week or until successful completion.
